AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS
Electronic connectors for use in automobiles have to be tough and reliable. As they are often placed in parts of an automobile that are open to the elements, they are typically very well sealed against dust ingress and moisture, and usually have a good degree of heat resistance. Also, due to the vibration factors of being installed in a vehicle, the connectors will often have secure locking systems built into the plug and socket to prevent unwanted disconnect.

AUTOMOTIVE RELAYS
Automotive Relays
An automotive relay is an electronically-operated switch, with electro-mechanically operated switches being the most common type used in the automotive industry. Automotive relays, as the name suggests, are specifically designed to carry out a multitude of high-current applications in vehicles, including cars, vans, trucks, trailers, boats and more. These applications can vary, from operating speakers, pumps, heaters and air conditioning, and motors, etc.
What types of automotive relays are there?
The most common automotive relays are 40A, but there are also 30A and 20A automotive relays - for applications requiring 10 Amps or lower, it is typical practice to use PCB-mounted relays. Automotive relays are typically available in 4-pin or 5-pin variations, but in both variations, two of these pins are connected to the internal coil to pass across the typical 12V required by most models of car. This 12V will then act on the internal switch in the relay.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
The compensation policy for products that have manufacturing defects or are not in line with the customer's order may include the following terms and procedures:
1. Defect Notification: The customer must notify us of the defect or non-compliance as soon as possible, within a maximum of 7 days from receiving the shipment.
2. Verification of the Defect: Our policy may require verification of the alleged defect before providing compensation. This step may involve requesting photos or videos of the defect or returning the product for inspection.
3. Compensation Options: Compensation will be provided through a replacement with a new product that meets the required specifications.
4. Shipping Costs: The customer will be responsible for half of the shipping costs of the product.
5. Compensation Period: 75 days from the date of receiving the defect notification. This period may be subject to extension in exceptional cases.
6. Compensation Conditions: Eligible products for compensation are those without prior signs of use or damage due to misuse.
